Zero tolerance towards any form of exploitation or abuse
Finca Agroturística Vuelo Carmesí is committed to the full protection of children and adolescents and rejects any form of Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESCNNA). In compliance with Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009, the establishment adopts preventive, control and protective measures against any situation that violates the rights of minors in the context of tourism services.
Entry of minors · requirements
Minors may not enter or remain on the premises without meeting the legal requirements established by Colombian law.
Every minor must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or duly authorised adult, presenting the required documentation at check-in.
When a minor takes part in activities, events, tours or services without a parent or legal guardian present, they must provide written authorisation signed by them.
What the authorisation must contain
Full name and identification of the minor.
Name and identification of the responsible adult accompanying them.
Dates of the activity or contracted service.
Contact details of the parents or legal guardians.
Also The establishment may request copies of identity documents and, where it deems necessary, an authorisation notarised before a notary public.
Checks · right of admission
The farm reserves the right to refuse entry or service when the authorisation is not adequately proven or where there are indications that could compromise the safety, wellbeing or protection of the minor.
It reserves the right of admission and will report to the competent authorities any suspicious conduct related to the exploitation, abuse or violation of the rights of children and adolescents.
