Paradiso is a Colombian cacao spirit with 18% alcohol, made with Theobroma Cacao Fear 5 from Finca El Paraíso in Cubarral, Meta, and honey from the gallery forests of Finca Cuatro Moriches. The production process includes anaerobic fermentation, distillation, and blending with honey—the result of university innovation and the empowerment of small-scale farmers.
