Booking and confirmation
All activities must be booked in advance and paid in full before they take place.
Online bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance by sending proof of payment through the channels authorised by the farm.
Quotes are for information only and do not constitute a booking confirmation. All bookings are subject to availability.
Once a booking is confirmed, any change of date, activity or itinerary is subject to availability and to the terms of the contracted service.
Visitors must provide truthful and complete information, including names, identification documents and any other data required to comply with current regulations.
Payment for the service
On booking, 30% of the service value is paid; the remaining 70% is paid in cash on the day of the activity.
Payment is made by bank transfer to the farm's authorised account, or via NEQUI and BreB. Write to us and we will send you the details.
Cancellation by the visitor
Cancellation within 24 hours of booking and more than 15 days in advance100% refund of the amount paid

Penalties for changes or cancellations apply only once the booking has been confirmed.
To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or at the contact email, stating the name the booking was made under and the date.
Right of withdrawal for bookings made online
If you booked through this website, you may withdraw within five (5) business days after the contract is made, without giving reasons and without penalty, as provided in article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, the Colombian Consumer Statute.
Withdrawal does not apply once the service has begun with your agreement, which is the exception set out in the same law.
To exercise it, write to carmesivuelo@gmail.com with your booking details. We refund everything you paid, with no deductions, within the following fifteen (15) calendar days, through the same payment method or one we agree with you. Once those five business days have passed, the cancellation scale in this policy applies.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Anyone who does not show up or arrives after the set time forfeits their place and the booking is cancelled.
Rescheduling is possible only if there is availability and by prior agreement between the parties. Any change of date, activity, itinerary or refund is subject to the terms of the contracted service and to existing availability.
Changes by Vuelo Carmesí
Finca Agroturística Vuelo Carmesí will make every reasonable effort to keep to the established schedule. Times may be changed for reasons of force majeure, safety or extraordinary circumstances beyond its control, without this giving rise to liability for the company.
If we have to move your experience for any of those reasons, we will contact you to agree a new date subject to availability.
Birdwatching is not cancelled for lack of sightings: observing wildlife can never be guaranteed, and the guided walk goes ahead regardless.
